Install PythonNET module by clicking the Install second: Install PythonNET button.

Remote repository
Add https://repo.sollumz.org/ as a remote repository by navigating to Preferences > Get Extensions > Repositories > + > Add Remote Repository.

Search
Type Vicho's Tools in Get Extensions tab to find the latest version available.

Install
Click the install button.
A development version will be added in the future to bring early access to the latest features as a Blender Extension coexisting along with the stable version.
